At Buffalo Dallas Merchandise & Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
